Measuring approximately 80x100, the shop area is accessible from both sides of the building. This area has five roll down doors on the front, four on the back plus one dock level roll down door, and two regular doors for entry. This makes for five working bays on the front of building and four working bays on the backside of building.

There is 720 square feet of additional storage located above the rental/part office. There are three accessible stairwells leading to the upstairs storage area.

There is one janitors closet located in hall beside the shop. This closet measures 5x7.

Working bay , located on the right side of shop area, measures approximately 14x19.

Restroom for shop employees is located in the front of the building next to the shop area. This space measures approximately 14x19. This restroom includes one shower, one hand-washing sink, one foot operated sink, two commodes, and two urinals.
