The parts/rental office located on the backside of the building measures approximately 29x38. This area has one small roll down door and one regular entry door. There is one customer counter and one storage closet in this area.

The kitchen space located in the office area is 19x19. This areas includes a stove, dishwasher, sink, refrigerator, commercial coffee maker, a large kitchen island and plenty of cabinets for storage. There are countertops around the back wall for employees to eat.

Restrooms for the office area are located in the center of the office building. Both the ladies and men's restrooms are 10x14. Both restrooms are handicapped accessible and both have a one-bowl vanity top. The ladies restroom has two commodes, one handicapped accessible. The men's restroom has one commode, which is handicapped accessible and one urinal.

The shop employee break room is located in the front of the building between the office space and the shop. This space measures approximately 19x16. There is a refrigerator, sink, microwave, commercial coffee maker and a dishwasher. There is plenty of cabinet space for storage and counter space where employees can eat.
