What are your hours of operation?
We’re open Monday - Friday on a limited hour summer schedule right now of 8am to 12pm and some afternoons. We are more than happy to meet you by appointment if you give us a call first!
Are you affiliated with Willow Tree Farms?
Yes, we are. Alvin Mashburn owns and operates both this business center and Willow Tree Farms. Our office space here is used for meetings and managing the farm as well. Cassidy Mashburn runs everything related to Willow Tree Farms Event Venue from our office.
Do you have storage units?
Yes, we do! They are $90 a month on a month-to-month basis. Unfortunately, they are not climate controlled. But they are monitored on a daily basis and located conveniently close to downtown Ringgold.
What is included in your rental spaces?
We take care of water, sewer, trash, and maintenance for both the building and parking lot. There are no CAM fees, and our leases are typically done for one-year terms. All units have brand new LED light fixtures, and we also provide a loading dock and roll up doors for our Millennium Circle units.
Do you have residential property?
At this time we do not. We mostly have office spaces, restaurant spaces, and doctors office spaces in our shopping complex. As well as a few plots of land, a pine grove road building, and some land on Battlefield Parkway.
Who are your employees?
We are a family run business and strive to treat our tenants with the same care and respect as our family. At our office you will see Cassidy Mashburn at the front desk and Shay Love behind the scenes. Our maintenance team includes Ian Bryson, Adam Everitt, and Joey Combs. We are all happy to help with anything you may need any time!
